Problem: Sound Yes. Video No

I was able to convert a few videos just fine. Video and sound works great through the 360.

Now, when I convert additional videos...I'm not getting video but can get sound. I tried to search for a solution here and also posted in Xbox's forums, but no one seems to respond to my post.

Has anyone here received this issue and has resolved it? The issue here is, I get sound, but no video through the 360. Its a black screen with sound. When I come back to my computer to play the same video file, I do get video and sound without any problems.

I have been having this problem as well since my conversion to Vista. No cure that I can find. The only way i can currently play my films is to convert to MP4 and put it on a jump drive. I then put the jump drive in the XBOX 360.

To play the movie you go to Videos, and will see the bottom option now available in that menu. Looks like the USB symbol.

I to have surfed forum after forum looking for answers.. for this and sync issues. I can find no help. Not even sure that Videora staff is looking to answer them to be honest. Hope something helps us soon, I am looking for a replacement product.
