Iphone Converter XP sp2

Hi, my Videora Iphone converter (latest Edition) was working fine), then I had to install xp sp2, After installing sp2. It has stopped working, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Everytime I click on the shortcut, I get a messge

" RKVIDEOCONVERTER.EXE - Aplication Eror"

The application failed to initilise properly.

Then it closes.

Now that you've installed SP2, you need to do all the Windows Updates... including .NET framework.

This also helped me with the same issue I was encountering. However, this is only working for YouTube videos, I still can't get my queue to process from files in .avi format.

I went ahead and created a directory for the source video as well as the final video as described in the FAQ. I also make sure that the final copy has the standard file name structure with no special characters. I even let the process run all night thinking I was jumping the gun in thinking it wasn't working, no luck.

I have tried the Normal Mode as well as the Power Mode (with settings from another posters suggestions) and I get the same results, nothing.

Anything else I can try?

Additionally, when trying Normal Mode I choose the file to convert (I renamed it to not have any special characters too) and it populates the field as expected but that's it. It doesn't take me to Step 2, there's no Next or Continue button, nothing....it just sits there with my file in the field and that's all it does.
