Title says most of it. Everytime I try to convert ANY video, it stops at 00.00.09 and this error message appears.
"Your converted video could not be created in the specified directory. Please see the Troubleshooting section in the Help menu for more details."
The video is located in my Desktop, and the title is "The Matrix Reloaded", no periods or other symbols.
