I've exhausted all mean of fixing the problems by myself, I've poured over this forums and the Internet, and I'm angry now, i couldn't even find another free video converter that did batch encoding, so I'm back here.
HERES THE PROBLEM:
I'm trying to convert my episodes of BLEACH for my iphone. I was getting the whole bad atom error for a while, but i read here and fix that. Now the problem is, even though i change the resolution and MAX resolution to 480x320, LIKE I WANT it (the video MUST take up the whole screen, I'm anal like that, NO cropping), it refuses to re-size it the way i want. It always out puts at 427x320 instead of 480x320. So i check the setting, and noticed that the aspect ratio is set to original, and there's no way to change it. I've edited the profile in a text document but still the same out put. I've test with OTHER videos, and THEY get re-sized to 480x320, but my BLEACH 23 minute episodes that take like 25 mins to encode ALWAYS END UP at 427x320!! WHYYY!!
I JUST want it to convert it to 480x320, I don't care about the original aspect ratio, and i DON"T want to crop it. I know it can be done because it does it with the other videos. WHAT AM I DOING WONG. The file is avi by the way. Weird thing is, I had gotten some of the earlier episodes to encode to 480x320, so what the difference now. please, some, tell me how to stop it from keeping the original aspect ratio, or what ever the problem is!!
