Help-don't know what's going on

Hi

I have been using Videora for a little while now and no problems. Now when I try to use Videora Apple TV converter it is not converting my programmes. I have just changed internet providers so don't know if this is causing the problem. It came with McAfee so would this be the problem?

Marge: the simplest solution is to try uninstalling and reinstalling Videora. This should correct any changes that may have occurred if your new internet provider installed some multimedia files. Personally, I don't install those ISP software packages, because of exactly this type of issue.
