How to setup Wii Video9?

I just have a n00bish question. I cant get my WiiV9 to convert to FLV-format. All it does is convert to MJPEG, I checked through the settings under encoding-profiles and such but I cant find ANYWHERE where I can change it to FLV!?!?!

Use the "Convert Video" button to choose your file instead of the "One-Click Convert" button. Then change it in the "New Video to Convert" menu under "Profile" :)
