ps3 views pc HD but wont download files

Hi all,
This problem is similar to another one i read on here but not quite the same so here goes.
The PS3 can connect to the PC and browse through the hard disk on the PC, but when i click on a file on the PC it says;
"Network Error
The page cannot be displayed.

Network error occured."

I don't understand what the problem is since it can go through any folder on my PC, it just won't transfer anything

Are you looking to download a file outside of the regular
C:\Documents and Settings\ X UserName X \My Documents

If so you need to click on the settings link at the bottom of the File Server viewer (opened by clocking 'Lauch Read Kawa' - i think) Then you need to add the directory of the folder you want to download from
ie F:\Music or G:\Movies etc
