Wii Video Converter

This is my first time on here, so bear with me. What format will the Wii play in both audio and video? I have seen some forums or websites that tells us what formats it will play, but.. can you refresh my memory? Correct me if I'm wrong: The Wii will play:

Audio: MP3 and/or WAV
Video: MP4, AVI, 3GP, 3GPP2, 3G2, DivX, GVI/GVP, and MOV

That would be nice if it could do that for Videos. Last time I tried, about a month ago, it only suppored what was said in the manual, which was only MJPEG which is NOT like MP4. I pretty much canned the idea of watching movies on the WII because a 30 min clip was 500Mb which was already more than 1/4 of my 2gb memory card vs PS3's ~180Mb

I don't remember the supported audio but I believe the list was longer and more flexible.

Until the WII supports more formats, putting movies into the WII is a bad idea, in my opinion anyways.
