Movie cut off

I downloaded an 8GB movie onto my PS3 successfully but when I play it, it reads only 75 mins of 150 min, what gives?

I downloaded an 8GB movie onto my PS3 successfully but when I play it, it reads only 75 mins of 150 min, what gives?

Is it because the file system may be FAT in which case it wont support files over 4Gb?

I'm not entirely sure of this but i know external HDDs will only work via USB with the PS3 if they are FAT(32?) and not NTFS
