Video converts about 15% and won't add

I've tried several times to convert a VOB file, but every time it converts only about 15 or 20% of the file, then tries to add it to itunes, of course unsuccessfully. :confused:

Any advice would be much appreciated. Please don't make it too technical if possible! Thanks in advance...
