I've recently began having a problem with Videora when converting video in Vista 64.
The video will begin converting fine, and then windows tells me ffmpeg.exe has stopped working. The conversion process will then stop and then start again on the second pass. The second pass will convert for a bit and then the same error message pops up. The resulting video file is of course incomplete and will not play.
While I can't say for sure, it looks like the only files I have problems converting are .mkv files. Is there a special setting for these files, or does Videora just not support them?
I am running Videora as an Administrator, but I'm not sure what else to try. I also found a post on here telling someone else to download MediaInfo .7.5.2 dll to replace the current one, but that didn't help either.
Thanks for any help you guys can give me.
Edit: Just tried an AVI file and it is giving me the same error, although it did get farther along.
