Trouble converting.

When I start converting any video, It says unable to add converted video to your itunes library before it's even started converting. Any idea's? I've been using videora for the last year and have never struck this before. I deleted all converted videos from my pc the other day. Could that have anything to do with it? I've tried uninstalling and re downloading it but that hasn't helped. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

that happened to me too, but i was trying to convert something that i had downloaded (illegally....)

sorry, i can't really offer help, but i think its to do with iTunes being able to detect something in your video that shows its not an approved version. ie. its illegal.

haha i don't even understand what i just wrote.
