Automation isn't picking up folder contents?

I had this working for a while but now it looks like the automation is not picking up new files I drop into my conversion folder. No changes to my setup were made, as far as I am aware. I have the Videora trial but I manually drop files as needed. Anyone have any ideas?

I am still looking for any constructive answers. I am in same shoes. Worked fine one day and now my files r broken into *.vob. Will not pull up one big file.
