dvds to ipod

i have taken dvds from my own collection and used dvd shrink to put them onto my hardrive
can videora convert ISO. into ipod playable format?
As i am having a problem with it :(
if not does any one know a program that can help me?freeware :D

No. An ISO file is a generic disc image file... not a video format.

You need to rip the DVD to a VOB file, which Videora can convert. I'm not sure DVD Shrink is a suitable tool. It's not really a ripper.

What should be the best encoding when converting a dvd?

I used the normal mode option and seleted best for video, enhanced quality on and sound quality is set to best as well but when i tried to view the converted video on my iPod some parts of the movie seem to show a white layer on top of them and then disappear after a few seconds. I tried using other video player like iTunes to view the converted video and it is still there. Now this does not happen when I play the DVD movie by itself. :confused:
