Hello.
I've only started experiencing this recently, and I've tried probably all kinds of stuff (updating, troubleshooting, etc) to resolve this problem, but to no avail. Some of the videos that I've downloaded (TV series, movies) never convert (into an iPod format) completely. For example, my 40-minute show only converts into a 7-minute file, and my movie (avi) comes up to a ten-second file that carries an error message.
On it says:
DirectShowSource: Could not open as file or audio
Video returned: "DirectShowSource: RenderFile, the filter graph manager won't talk to me"
Audio returned: "DirectShowSource: couldn't open file <path name>: No combination of filters could be found to render the stream.
Any help is greatly appreciated, even if it's just enlightenment.
