i have used Videora on my old computer and it worked fine but now on my new computer im having problems converting. can someone help please?

i do everything i usually do but first it says the VideoInfo has stopped working but if you press ok, nothing happens. So i continue with what im doing and it works. When it's at 99% complete, it said it was not converted due to error code 100000 and i checked the error codes list and it says - 100000 Details: The file we were trying to add to iTunes does not exist which indicates the conversion failed. - so what do i do?

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Hi,
I have the same problem but before posting please read the Troubleshooting Guide

For me the solution was this three steps below
Solution 3 - Store your source video in custom folder
Make sure your source video is stored in a custom directory like "C:\sourceVideos" and NOT in one of the following folders:
"Documents and Settings", "My Documents", "Desktop" on XP.
"Users", "Documents", "Desktop" on Vista.

OK: C:\sourceVideos\mycoolvideo.avi
Not Ok:
C:\Documents and Settings\John\My Documents\cool.avi

Solution 4 - Store your converted video in custom folder
Make sure your converted videos are stored in a custom directory like "C:\iPodVideos" and NOT in one of the following folders:
"Documents and Settings", "My Documents", "Desktop" on XP.
"Users", "Documents", "Desktop" on Vista.

OK: C:\iPodVideos\mycoolvideo.avi
Not Ok:
C:\Documents and Settings\John\My Documents\cool.avi

Solution 5 – Use Alpha characters for file and folder names
Do not use non-alphanumeric characters like (:, -, +, ., &, $, !, etc.) or foreign characters (Like Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, etc) in the folder names where your files or stored or in the filenames of your source video. Stick to alphanumeric English characters.

OK: C:\SourceVideos\mycoolvideo.avi
Not Ok:
C:\Source+Videos\mycoolvideo.avi
C:\Source.Videos\mycoolvideo.avi
C:\SourceVideos\my+cool&video.avi

Solution 6 – One period per filename

Please test it with a small video io a 700 mo avi file, you will see if the problem will be solved.
Sorry for my english, i'm frenc xD
