Error Coe 100503

Hi I am new to this software but have successfully converted multiple DVDs. I have come across a problem converting one DVD from a box set - I did not have any problems with the other DVDs in that boxset. When conversion starts it come up with the error code 100503:-

Your video failed to convert: Error code 100503
Your video could not be converted due to a bad bitrate, framerate or resolution setting.

Can anyone help?
