i am currently trying to convert Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay, and i cannot convert it with default decoder so i used the Alternative #1 and #2. that took me to the page were it shows me how long the conversion will take, while its converting the time remaining goes from 1h to like 20h in a sec and just keeps jumping around, and after like a min it says conversion is complete and takes me to iTunes, but once i play it in iTunes it goes into the movie screen put it shows a 10 sec message saying that the so and so file format is not supported (mp4). i have done this 10 times so far and there is no solution that i can find. someone please help. thanks in advance!!
