You can't have all those asian characters in your file names and you may not have the proper codec for rmvb files. You need to be able to play that file in windows media player for it to work. I'm guessing you can't.

I can play this video in windows media player, it works well.
I've tried to change the file name in English, but it still not work.
I think it's not the characters problem, coz I've successfully converted some files with not English file names before.
Maybe it doeasn't convert rmvb files...
