Hi Im joycie, a new member here. i had some difficulties in converting my videos after i've downloaded the new version of videora. i cannot convert the videos. the video will stop at 2% for a very long time and ultimately it's not moving. can anyone help me by telling me what i can do to convert my videos successfully, and how can i remove the white cross in the red box? please help me! thanks
