hey im a total newbie to this, however whenever i go to add a file under convert and subsequent tabs i constantly get a "VideoInfo has stopped working" message from Windows. "A Problem caused the program to stop working correctly" this has happened consistently even after restarting, doesnt matter if i want to convert the whole video or just a samble for troubleshooting - it always happens, usually right when i select a video to convert.
