Hi,
I use the internet via my college network, but I cannot find anywhere that I can enter my authentication info. As a result, when I enter the url, it goes green, and the download starts, it gives the above error after a couple of seconds.
(Note: authentication window pops up when i start the downloader app itselp)
How do I/Can I get around this? - Any help appreciated!
