Same problem. I can never get the settings to recognize that Videora is already installed.

After playing around with this for a while (v4.04) I think I have found out why files that I put into the Auto Queue directory aren't working...
Dunno if it is the same problem as you are encountering but here goes...
1) make sure you have installed Videora (trial or full copy) correctly so that the Red "X" box is not displayed and the Auto Queue options are enabled...
2) Set the "Check Delay" to 1 minute so that you can check this works quickly. You can reset it to eg: 15 mins later is you wish
3) Set up your Auto Queue directory and save the settings
Now here is the important bit (for me at least)...
Anything you put in the Auto Queue directory has to have a "File Creation" date later than either when the converter programme was last started, or (after the first check) later than the last time the directory was last checked.
With hindsight this is sensible since the app doesn't delete files when it has converted them, and you won't want it rediscovering files each time the app is run, if you have forgotten to clear them out!
So, now, if you have files in the Auto Queue directory, move them out of the directory and then COPY (don't move, so hold down the Ctrl key for drag'n'drop) then back in, checking that when you do so their file creation dates are now "current time". Then within the next minute (the check delay setting) the files should start to appear in the auto queue list, and then start converting.
It works for me...

Let me just add another piece of info that I have "discovered"...
It looks like the process detecting files in the Queue Directory doesn't just look for files after the date/time mentioned in my previous mailing. It also appears that it is looking for a "growing" file, ie: one which is either being copied into the directory or which is in the process of being built/extracted/ripped, and thus its file size is increasing.
I noticed today that you can't just "move" files into the directory even if their date/time should be correct, as mentioned in my previous email.
I assume that there is some monitoring mechanism so that the converter won't start processing a file until it has decided it has stopped growing, ie: it is complete, but I haven't experimented with that yet.
So in short, always copy file into, or create new files in the queue directory, but ensure the converter programme is running first!

let me add more information to this problem, it seem that this converter cant not detect certain files like FLV for auto convert....

This is all pretty much accurate. Auto Queue is quite different from batch converting... which is what most of you want to do and which the program is capable of.
