I posted the other day but did not add the console log. Here is the log of my problem. As I mentioned in a previous thread, my previous version of the converter worked perfectly...but when i upgraded to 4.02 is when i began to get the 'error 100001'. I've followed instructions in this thead http://www.redkawa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40816 to be sure i cleared out the previous version cleanly. I then loaded the latest version 4.03 in hopes that would fix the problem. it did not. so tihs is where i am at. i hope someone can help me.
Also, I tried every encoding profile, but that did not help either.
