I downloaded a video with realplayer, and normally the format is in a video format when it is in my realplayer downloads/recordings library.(not mp4) But this one is already in a quicktime player mp4 format. when i clicked "move files", it wouldn't appear in my videos when i tried to convert it with videora. I have even tried to drag and drop it into itunes, and it will appear in my library, but when i try to convert it a thing pops up saying that it can't convert the movie onto the ipod because it's in the wrong format for it even though it is in mp4 format. I am frustrated and confused. PLEASE HELP!!!:mad:
