Hi,
I'm a new (almost) user. I just installed the program on my system, but when I try to launch it, I get a message that it encountered a problem and needs to close. I never even get to see a program. I've uninstalled it, cleared the registry and tried installing in a different location as well as tried older builds but I keep getting the same message. Is there something that can be done to fix this?
