I'm having this problem with the converters. This is what I get when I run the initial setup of one of the converters:

Possible Problem: There is a problem with your configuration.
Possible Solution: Manually delete the following two directories:
C:\Program Files\Red Kawa\Video Converter App\
C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Roaming\Red Kawa\
Then re-install this converter.

I've deleted both files and redownloaded the converter, and to no avail. Someone help me out please.
