Hello, i've allso had problems with videos. some converts with no problem and some videos doen's convert for me and gives error messages, to make my video convert all you have to do is to add your video to Windows Movie Maker ,and then save it as movie file and there you go, your video should now convert. Movie maker saves lives :)
