can't add video to ipod touch

I can't seem to add a video/movie to my ipod touch.

I downloaded a short video from itunes and converted a movie with Videora and for both I can see them in my library (they play well from there) - but I can't add them to the device folder or sync them.

Any ideas?

I'm using a PC, with Windows Vista. itunes 8.0.1.11, itouch software version: 2.1.1
