Problem with sound on iPhone 3G

Hi everyone..
ive been a user of videora since the first ipod video days. and its a great program.
i am having a problem i just came accross..

i am converting a DVD into a MPEG-4 using videora.
i follow all the directions videora has showed from using dvd decrypter onto videora itself.
i use normal mode and just use the preset options shown.. and i let it convert..

after hours and hours of waiting for it to be done.. its finally done.
to my amazement.. after putting it into itunes.. syncing.. and then viewing it on my iphone 3g.. the movie was crystal clear.. BUT.. the sound wasnt working...
i troubleshooted.. changed around the settings.. like the troubleshoot guide says to do.. using the test film to try each one.. and to no avail... no sound at all..
