I'm sorry I'm asking a question that has already been asked (just went through the old responses in hope for an answer, not really wanting to repeat questions... :'D) but I cannot figure the solution to this at all.

I downloaded to Video 9 PSP video converter a day or so back and so got this YouTube Video downloader along with it. And since then have been using it; it worked amazingly. Today though, when I opened the downloader up to grab a couple of videos off YouTube, I went through the usual process, but in the end the download button doesn't work. Nothing at all. It just... doesn't click? Like nothing happens?

Someone replied in this (http://www.redkawa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40908) thread that even though this happened to them, when they went off and looked in their folder, the file had actually truly downloaded. But I don't see anything. :( I'm not getting beyond the 'Stream URL recognized' page.

Help please, someone? I've restarted the program, restarted my computer, and finally even tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling, but nothing works?

Im having the same problem as well, and have tried many things.

I also clicked the "select stream" button after it already said my url was recognized, and then it said the url wasn't recognized, and when I went to the help section link from there, it told me I needed the newest version of the program when I already have it.

It's so frustrating that the download button doesn't do anything because it's a really great program when it works. I really love the simplicity and ease of use.

To the application developers: please do something so that we may all enjoy this truly amazing program once again.

Oddly enough, this morning when I tried again with the downloader, it started working again? But then after a while it relapsed into it's 'button not working' state. It's kind of like hummingbird said - this is kind of a great shame, since this is a great and incredibly easy program... when it works. :(

I was so frustrated I uninstalled the program twice, installed it three times more because I can't bear to accept the fact that it has stopped working at all. The third time of installation and it still didn't work, I simply refused to uninstall it in the hope that I would launch the program and it would work again unexpectedly. I even downloaded another (supposedly) all-in-one place youtube downloader/converter and was somewhat a little happy that I'd found a replacement program. It lasted for about 10mins into the download when all hell broke loose and the error message windows keep popping up on my screen like domino pieces that I had to forcefully terminate the program using Windows Task Manager. What a nightmare!

After the uninstallation, I launched the red kawa program and amazingly the download button worked like magic! Downloading a video now and still going. Praying hard it would finish.

I would like to officially say that this is the best program ever invented for its purpose! (despite what apple claims). To those of you who can afford it, please make a donation to show your appreciation.

Yakra, demple01 and Icicle: Don't ask. I didn't do anything. It fixed itself.

I am having the same issue. I tried to download the file to different locations but it didn't change anything. I tried giving the file a different name but it also didn't change a thing.

If anyone still answers questions on this forum, take this one seriously because lots of people are having this issue.

Thank you for your time and comprehension, ManyAk.

My solution is simple. Stop trying to steal video from YouTube.

same problem here, I also went for a separate converter because I take the videos and then convert them from mp4 to mp3s by ripping the audio just for some non video stuff but the other converter was shit and the red kawa one is so great, awesome quality audio, please someone help with this problem.
