error when I try to convert a video

when I try to convert a video, when I click start conversion, it says:

Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click
Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If
you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Input string was not in a correct format.


Any idea?

Well I guess I am glad it is not just me but this is frustrating. I converted one movie with ease, but all since give me the same message you have noted above. Need help please??:confused:

Try installing a Codec package.

If your not running vista then try K-Lite Codec package.

installed the k-lite codec pack, still getting the error

i get a promt to ignore the problem or retry. if i ignore, the program shuts down. if i retry, the prompt loops.
