I converted a video from MKV to MP4 using the Videroa Xbox 360 converter - I used MKV passthrough. Burned the MP4 onto a disc and tried to play on the xbox 360. I signed into Xbox Live where it downloaded Spring 2007 update and the Media Content Update. Then when I go and play the video I get a "Unplayable Content" error. "Can't play this content because it may not be supported. For more info, go to www.xbox.com/support. STATUS code 69-C00D119A"

I cannot find any info about this error on xbox.com/support.

Isn't any MP4 generated by this tool playable on the xbox 360. What's the purpose of this tool if the result is a crap shoot?

Here's the info extracted about this MKV:

I have the same kinda problem, except i converted from avi to mp4. some of my mp4 vids on my PC stream to my xbox 360 but the ones i converted with Videroa do not work, I had to convert the vid using Videroa then convert to wmv for my xbox 360 to play it from my PC.

Also I am using windows XP with wmp11 which has the media connection built in and I have never had any problems streaming music, vids or pics to my xbox 360.
