Installed latest version 4.04 on a PC a few weeks ago, works fine. Installed on this new PC and it keeps crashing. Same as the "error when starting psp video9" post in this forum.
XP error log says "Source: NET Runtime 2.0 Error Reporting Description: Faulting application videoconverterapp.exe, version 4.4.0.0, stamp 492d7ce9, faulting module flash6.ocx, version 6.0.88.0, stamp 44c8ff05, debug? 0, fault address 0x0001d168.
It will work if I get past the normal user interface, which uses the internet, and start the conversion but usually crashes before I get to that point.
I put an ! symbol in a title once and had to retry without the ! in the title, but the video was converted OK.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still crashes. Has anyone got a clue how to fix from this error log info?
Help would be appreciated as I like using this converter.
Many thanks for any replies.

Tried re-installing XP and downloading all the latest Netframeworks. Still had the same problem. Used Sony Media Manager Pro 3.0 but found slight blurring with motion, even on the high setting (1400kbps.)
By chance had to install the latest Adobe flash for Firefox and noticed the other PC, which PSP Video 9 ran OK on, had not got the flash6.ocx metioned in the error log. Once the latest flash for IE7 and Firefox were installed, flash6.ocx was gone (did a search) and PSP Video 9 was working!
Getting good results again with PSP Video 9 and without the slight motion blurr of the Sony software. :)
