vista business, plenty of ram and storage.
Videora 4.0 worked fine. Since the upgrade, many problems. I have uninstalled and removed any reference to Red Kawa in the registry.
Re-installed with same problems.
Just tried 4.06. Same result. Here is the odd result. In the screen which exhibits the vrsion it always shows 4.00. Error message to follow, have done what is suggested by have the same problem:

On XP/Vista: C:\Users\Frank J. Chapman\AppData\Roaming\Red Kawa\
On Vista: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Red Kawa\
On Vista: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Red Kawa\
Then re-install this converter.
