Hi, this program works well for me no probs however i'm having to use my old laptop which uses 32 bit version of windows and it works ok but its absolutely destroying what's left of my laptop processor. I have a much much better desktop which would eat up the conversions but i cant get the program to work fully- sometimes (rarely) it works but most of the time it just comes up with an error and stops. is there any kind of dedicated 64 bit version of this program as i think its gonna become more and more of a problem as the world slowly changes to 64 bit-ness. cheers

I have been using this outstanding tool on my old XP-32 bit desktop, but that system is about to die from old age and overuse. I'm now in the process of setting up a new rig with Vista 64-bit OS and realized that it seems that I will not be able to use PS3 Video 9 on that system? So, I too am very interested in a solution to this issue.

I am in the same boat. The program works great on my laptop running 32-bit XP Pro, but it does not run on my newer (and significantly faster) 64-bit machine. The specific program that fails to run is videoinfo.exe

I thought I had a problem with Vista x64 Home Premium because I get a message telling me there is an error (twice actually).

However, I click cancel and the conversion still takes place without any issue.

FYI... I'm using 4.08 and just clicking "Normal" as the conversion type.

As a further update, I just moved to version 5.01 and it's all stopped working under Vista x64 so it's back to version 4.08 for me :)

Hopefully when Windows 7 is released and becomes more mainstream, there will be an update that provides solid support for this either natively 64-bit or at least reliably under 32-bit compatibility.

Good luck to all!

The software hasn't been working that great on x64 for a while. Then we had to remove 64-bit support temporarily in 5.01.

We have released a new version of our video converters which should work on 64-bit machines.

Please see the Videora Converter 5.02 (http://www.redkawa.com/forums/../blog/post.php?t=47524) blog post for more details.
