cant get the video from the download folder to itune

my problem is that it downloads the video fine but it dont add it to my itunes therfor i cant get the video onto my ipod

can anyone hlp me plzzzzz

This is the way I do it:

Go into iTunes and select "file" at the top. Scroll down to "Add Folder to Library" and then go and find the folder containing the videos and select it and click add.

OR

Go into iTunes and select "file" at the top. Scroll down to "Add File to Library" and then go and find the folder containing the videos and select the individual video and click add.

Thanks a lot for this reply you have provided, we got the same problem and i been looking for a couple of days to find the answer but i didn't found. I've been surfing lots of forum but i didn't found the exact answer which I'm comfortable with. Until i found it here, it would help me a lot.
