instead of dlin each one... can i jus dl one program? either pspv9 or ps3v9 and convert the videos to .aac and still have the same quality? or wuts the difference? thanks

From the looks of the settings, you can probably use PS3Video9 to do PSP encoding as well, since it can go all the way down to PSP's resolution. The only thing is you don't have as many different profiles in PS3Video9 as with PSPVideo9.
