Hey guys!
I'm having a problem.. I tried to convert High School Musical 3 (Yeah, I know what you guys think.. Hehe).. Well anyway, the convertion and stuff worked out well.. Except, I've got one problem:
The sound is like 3 seconds ahead of the video..
How can I change this? :(

Greets!

Open the program and select "Help" then select the appropriate "Troubleshooting guide."
I used the Normal Mode info. to fix "Hairspray" (using A/V Sync Fix #1) and it worked OK.
Also used A/V Sync Fix #2 to correct a minor error at the beginning of Laurel & Hardy's "The Music Box."
You can also set the program to encode 4 minutes or less, to test before converting the whole film, but most of these errors are further into the film unfortunately.
Have done 75 films so far though and the rest were spot on. Have had more trouble with Sony Media Manager Pro which I use with DVDFab HD Decrypter for the occassional, newer, hard to Decrypt films! Hope it works for you. :)

Hi,

I tried to do that but couldn't run recent verison 4.07 properly so I reverted to version 2.72 but there's no such troubleshooting option/menu on that version, or none visible.

HerrJeff,
Have n't used any older versions. There is a forum for the older software, you might find the answer if you search that forum "PSP Video 9 (Version 2) [LOCKED]."
It may be similar to the new version in Power Mode. If you open PSP Video 9 then select "Help" top right, Then select "Power Mode conversion issues" and there are options like "Try A/V Sync Fix #1."
Should be similar in the older version.
If you have problems I would suggest you try XviD4PSP or Handbrake. These are well regarded and have very good active support and forums so are easier than PSP Video 9 if you are having trouble.
For reviews go to www.videohelp.com, select "Tools" from the left side, then "Portable/Mobile/PSP/iPod" and there are also links to the downloads. There is so much software you can end up taking hours and make a bad choice so try these first if you can't get PSP Video 9 working.
Best of luck, sorry can't be more help.
