bug during watching iphone movie

I can convert movies with no problem. I set all the parameters to match the setup guide for creating the itunes movie. I can watch movies on itunes without the movie being interupted. However, when I sync a movie to my iphone, the movie stops playing after a few minutes. I can move beyond a point where this interuption occurs and the movie continues for some time and then stops playing.

I am thinking since the movie plays all the way thru on itunes, then it must be the iphone programing that is causing this glitch.

If I am wrong, then please help.

The data transfer rate between the iPhone / iPhone3G and iTunes is just too slow to cache the required data masses for fluent playing in time
