Cannot sync movies to iPhone, please HELP

For the past 2 weeks I cannot sync any movies to my iPhone. I was able to do it before but not anymore.

I 1st burn DVD to hard drive, then use Videora to convert it to iPhone format, then the movie is transfered to my iTunes folder. I see the movie in my "movie" folder on iTunes and when I click on movie, it plays on my PC.

But when I have my iPhone cradled to my PC, I select "video" tab and proceed to choose the movies I want synced to my iPhone. It will not do it. I get an error saying the movie I wish to sync will not play on my iPhone. I do not recall making any changes to my settings on my PC.

Anyone have an answer for me?

I am having the same exact problem. I was previously able to convert video files and sync without any issues for over a month. And just within the last week or so I am having problems with the video files going onto my iphone. Doesn't make any sense. Let me know if you hear of anything. Possibly has to do with the newer iphone patch?
