I have this issue in converting video with PSP Video 9. I'm using the AVIsynth filter so I can bring in subtiteld material and have the subs rendred in. Doing this itself has given me no problem.
The issue is, about every second during video, the video jerks, as if a few frames have been dropped. It's really only noticable during pans and action shots, but it's clearly unacceptable. If I don't checkmark Avisynth, everything encodes smoothly but no subs and such are rendred in which makes watching Japanese content somewhat difficult.
Any ideas?
