PS3 9 Gets stuck

Okay, so I've used the converter many many times and it was working just fine. I updated Mozilla recently... and since then, I have not been able to convert anything. I get all the way past where I want to put the file and change the name. However, it just sits at the Old Vs New screen, I can't click next and the slide bars don't ever appear. I have left it to sit to see if it was just taking a while, but it still wont load.

I have tried re-downloading and re-installing but I still keep having the same issue. Please someone help me...
