Hey Guys,

I was encoding a episode of Weeds for my iPod touch. The orignal file was 235mb. 624 x 352 is the resolution.

I encoded it on a low video quality setting, as well as audio and the file became over 500 megs. Is there a way I can convert these episodes so they arn't so big when completed? The resolution is shrinking quite a bit, so I'd think the file would shrink as well.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Filesize is all about bitrate... nothing else. If your files end up bigger, they are being encoded at a higher bitrate than the source is.
