No sound

Forgive me if this is something simple, but I'm only very new at these things! I tried converting a DVD, but when it got to iTunes (and on the iPhone as well) there was no sound whatsoever. I tried the different troubleshooting suggestions (different sound syncing, different decoder etc) but nothing worked.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance...

No log. No clue. Are you sure there's sound in the rip from the DVD?

Oops. Sorry, I was being an idiot. I hadn't selected any audio when I ripped the DVD. Thanks for trying to help :o
