Cannot copy file: cannot read from the source file or disk

I have done everything on these forums until I get to the point of copying my film onto the PSP when it comes up with this error message. 'Cannot copy file: cannot read from the source file or disk'.
I would be much obliged if anyone could come up with any solutions for this problem

One possibly is that you're missing 1 or both files required to move the video. When the program finishes two files are created or should be created, the video (obviously) and a thumbnail file. Most likely your thumbnail is missing. You're better off using your file browsing program (like windows explorer) to go to the folder that contains your finished video and moving it to your psp.

I am having the same problem. I tried to copy the files from my browser and it still did not work. I even tried them one at a time. I still get the download progress bar mostly done and get the same error. The thing that confuses me is that sometimes it does work when i do the exact same thing. I am using vista and i hope someone can shed some light on this topic.
