Hello,

I'm having trouble making this program output anything. I've tried several different methods of Normal/Power and sending the file to the queue first instead of hitting start converting, etc. The results are always the same. Once I start the conversion it's completed by the time I click to the progress tab and there's no output. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi

I'm having the same problem. Tried opening a file in normal mode. The program doesn't even give me the option to Convert. When I did it in power mode, I can select files and setting and select convert but nothing happens.

Could you please report what Mac hardware you are using (Intel or PPC) and what version of OS X are you using?

I know the instructions said don't post to other peoples forums, but I noticed this one is exactly what I'm dealing with. So, I thought I'd help it out a little so I can get an answer, too.

I'm operating on a 1.5 GHz Powerbook G4 Mac OS 10.5.7. I am using version 4.08 of PS3 Video 9 and am trying to convert .avi files to play on my PS3 firmware 2.8 (which is not an option on this Videora program). I am not getting any action to happen when I choose convert file. I've waited long enough for something to happen and no results. Below is the console log as requested. Thank you ahead of time for your help.

has anyone figured out a solution to this problem yet?

very frustrating.

i've noticed that i can send a video into the conversion queue even when i haven't already started another conversion but it just sits in the queue and nothing happens.

also, test videos don't work from "troubleshoot" either.
