This converter can convert any video file that you can playback in your windows media player, which means almost all of them.
If you can't see rm files when trying to pick a video, select "All Files" to find it. If you are having problems with one of the typical profiles, then try a profile with the words "AviSynth" in it to activate the enhanced codec support.
If you can't open your RM file in Windows Media Player then Videora iPod Converter will probably not be able to convert the video. You will need to find the proper DirectShow filter online that will let you to do this.
