converting multi audio track mkv's

i am a frequent downloader of shows that contain more than on subtitle track and more than one audio track inside of a mkv formatted video. is there a way to specify which tracks are used in the conversion? normally it just uses which tracks are first listed in the file, but i usually dont use the first one. thanks in advance

You have to use other programs ("Google is your friend") to select your audio file and provide "iPod converter " with only one audio file.
