On my 3GS, when I convert, the video plays just fine, however I have no audio. Tried several times with different videos. Each the same output= no audio. I'll try the "old" vs "new" and see if that works. Any ideas?

Hi all,
I found the same problem using the latest version....tried MPEG and also H64 but no audio.
Backtracked to the DVD Decryptor rip and guess what? No audio there either! So prob is in the rip and I suspect something to do with creating a single IFO file.
Will experiment and keep posted......

I'm back
In the guide it says to tick the 1st stream only but goes on to say you can only select one audio stream. A bit ambiguous that direction. Select the 1st video stream AND 1 audio stream.
Should work now.
Cheers.......

Glancing through the forums looking for an answer, I find it a bit disappointing no-one is getting any replies to their problems.
I realise that the software is free, but if I hadn't found my own solution, there is NO WAY I would donate anything to the developers.
There certainly are plenty of viewers so access isn't a prob. Maybe the moderators are not technically minded or just that no-one really cares?

good info. How did I miss it saying audio right under it. I guess I just took what they said and ran with it. Trying it out now and will post when done.

As for a lack of an answer, you didn't provide any information that could have led to any kind of accurate guess. No log. Had one been included, the answer would have been obvious.

I just had a similar problem. Used the "Normal" selection to create the file. Set the Video to High quality New and the Audio to Medium (the second from the left selection). the file has sound on my PC but not on my iphone (3GS). hope that gives some sort of insight into the problem... Not sure I fully understand Sshaker's post... I was using the Normal user setting to get through as I don't really understand what you are talking about "Streams". I can find it... Can anyone give me a little write up to change the Stream settings, please??

thanks
